UAE & Oman: Sparkling skylines and breathtaking views

Day 1-3 Abu Dhabi

Don’t be fooled into thinking Dubai has the biggest and best of everything in the UAE. Abu Dhabi can beat it in many ways: as the capital city, it’s thrown up more modern skyscrapers than its more populous neighbour. The visitor can ride the world’s fastest roller coaster, experience the greatest lean of any leaning tower and stay in a hotel that straddles Abu Dhabi’s F1 racetrack. This is a city that’s rich, not just in monetary terms, but also culturally.

Day 4-6 Dubai

Enjoy all that the most populous city in United Arab Emirates has to offer. Located in the southeast coast of the Arabian Gulf, this area has emerged as a global city and major hub for commerce, skyscrapers like Burj Khalifa rising from the desert like fast growing plants in fertile soil. With serviced beaches and a thriving nightlife, the city has become a popular destination for shopping, dining and entertainment.
Transfers to Ras Al Khaimah 1h17m

Day 7-8 Ras Al Khaimah

Be enthralled by an Emirate hiding in the shadow of its more famous neighbour Dubai - the place known as the “headland of small huts”, Ras Al Khaimah boasts a wide range of activities that make the best of its Gulf location: Bedouin camps, unspoilt beaches, dune bashing in the desert and of course plenty of hotels and resorts to use as your luxurious base while you decide which to try first.
Transfers to Jabal Akhdar 5h58m

Day 9-11 Jabal Akhdar

Enjoy breathtaking views at this section of the Al Hajar mountain range in Oman. Jebel Akhdar extends roughly 300 km in length and is rich in agriculture, the area producing huge quantities of pomegranates, apricots and peaches as well as being an important centre for honey production. Great for those who enjoy hiking or other outdoor activities, this unique landscape is one to be savoured slowly.

Day 12-14 Muscat

Enjoy the beautiful mountainous landscape and ocean view in Oman’s port capital. This city brims with historical landmarks: Portuguese forts, the Sultan Quaboos Grand Mosque and a busy souk. A stroll along the Corniche as the sun loses its intensity is one of the true pleasures of a visit here, as is a day spent on its wide sandy beaches.
